100 Gay Black men is a community outreach campaign, the mission is to empower the LGBTQI community through artistic expression and philanthropy. Each quarter these educated, affluent, classy group of gay black men come together to support Harlem Collective’s efforts to reach out to the Harlem and surrounding boroughs.
Each quarter the group unites under the banner of giving back to the community we serve here in New York. Through our outreach efforts we mentor youth, by leading by example. Our group of gay black professionals, inspire youth by sharing our stories of overcoming obstacles and prejudices.
100 gay black men offer internships, and on the job shadowing opportunities. This gives students the chance to dream and envision what their future could look like. We want to empower our youth to dream and to dream big.
100 Gay Black Men meet (6) times each quarter to strategize about the most effective plans to connect, serve, develop artistic young leaders. We ask each member of the group to make a donation of $199.99 each quarter.
