Harlem Boys Choir members are required to take weekly voice lessons with Harlem Collective staff. This season members will also learn, tap & traditional African dance. Each member can apply for scholarships to be a part of the choir. Voice lessons are once a week for 45 minutes at $50 each. 

As a rule, a parent or approved guardian must accompany singers at all times. Choir member’s parents are asked to sign photo/video release forms to participate in the season. We have a total of (50) positions in the choir. We only perform with (30).

Families are provided with (2) complimentary tickets to Harlem Collective performances. When the choir is booked for an event non- HC related this policy does not apply. Parents must accompany members and remain backstage, at no time should a parent leave a choir member in the care of a Harlem Collective faculty or staff member.
